The Penthouse
The Penthouse is a large and luxurious 2,400 sqft, 2-story apartment located in the heart of OTR with a rooftop terrace overlooking Main street.

The Reserve
The Reserve is a luxurious 1,200 sqft, 2-bed condo unit located in the heart of OTR with beautiful exposed brick features and views of Main Street.
You’ll be a few steps away from iconic OTR establishments like Coffee Emporium, Pins Mechanical Co., Goodfella’s pizza, Gomez tacos, Insomnia cookies, and directly above the famous Rhinehaus bar.

“Dan’s place was absolutely amazing. My husband and I have traveled to Cinci for weekend trips quite a bit and this was our first time staying in an Airbnb here. The place was in such an amazing spot with shops/ bars/restaurants all in walking distance. The space was clean and very nice. Unfortunately the key pad to get in stopped working and we were locked out but the hosts were quick to respond and got us back in, in no time. I would highly recommend this place and will stay here again in the future.”
